These Terms govern your use of the Cellairn app, operated by Cellairn LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age (21+ in the United States) to use Cellairn. Cellairn is a tool for discovering, rating, and tracking whiskey; it does not sell alcohol.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ratings, reviews, notes, and photos you add. By posting content, you grant Cellairn a license to store and display it to operate the app (including showing it to friends you connect with and, for catalog contributions, to other users).

Acceptable use

• Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing.
• Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
• We may review submitted content and photos and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-generated information

Bottle information, tasting notes, and advisor responses are generated with automated tools and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general reference and are not professional advice. Always drink responsibly.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms are shown in the app before purchase, and purchases are handled through the app store, subject to its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Retailer links

Bottle pages may include links to third-party retailers. Cellairn may earn a commission on purchases made through these links. Retailers' sites and any purchases you make there are governed by their own terms; Cellairn does not sell alcohol and is not responsible for third-party sites. Alcohol purchases are subject to the retailer's age-verification and shipping rules.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and delete its associated data at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the app or its AI features, engaged in hateful or harassing conduct, or otherwise created risk or harm to Cellairn or other users. We may also remove content that violates these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Cellairn LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
